A leading transportation company in Warwick is seeking an HR Administrator to provide key HR support for a UK-wide workforce. This role includes managing HR data, preparing contracts, and supporting employee inquiries. Ideal candidates will be organised and proficient in systems like Excel, SAP, and SuccessFactors. HR Administrator
Salary: Up to £27,000 depending on experience
Location: Warwick (Hybrid, 3 office days per week)

Together, we keep the business moving and we are now looking for a new team member to join us on that journey.
As our next HR Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our UK-wide workforce. You'll be the go‑to for accurate, timely HR administration that really makes a difference. Whether it’s issuing contracts, managing data in SAP and SuccessFactors, or being that trusted point of contact through our ASK HR system, your work will be essential.

You might already have some experience in a busy admin role, or maybe you are just starting out with a keen interest in HR. Either way, you are organised, detail‑driven, and bring energy to everything you do.
You will be joining a collaborative, friendly team made up of three other HR Administrators, an HR apprentice and a Senior HR Analyst, reporting directly to the HR Operations Lead.
