Overview

Hours: 37.5 per week – 9am-5pm.

Contract: Full-Time.

Must be able to commute to Hythe, Southampton on a daily basis.

We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our small, friendly HR team. The role will require a flexible approach as we often need to react promptly to business need. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to assist with HR objectives and be professional in sensitive situations.

New Forest Care is a bespoke residential, education and therapeutic childcare provider dedicated to providing unconditional care to the most vulnerable children and young people. We have 11 small-scale residential homes, an Ofsted Outstanding School and Outdoor Leading Centre.

Responsibilities
  • Note taking in formal meetings (disciplinary, capability etc).
  • Supporting the onboarding team to fulfil our complex safer recruitment processes.
  • Working alongside the HR Advisors in updating and improving the HR system.
  • Providing admin support to the Training Department.
  • Data input and analysis.
