Job description

Are you an organised and proactive HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join a small team within a well-established business operating across multiple UK sites.

Based at the companies head office in Swanwick Marina, you’ll be working in a beautiful waterfront location, a genuinely lovely environment to come to work in every day.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the HR function, providing administrative support across all areas of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters and maintaining HR systems, through to assisting with payroll and reporting. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, values attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring all HR systems and databases are kept up to date in line with GDPR and company policy.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, including preparing contracts, offer letters, and induction schedules to ensure a smooth introduction to the company culture.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all marina locations, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Visit marina locations as required to provide HR support and maintain relationships with managers and employees across the group.

If you’re looking to join a friendly, people-focused business where you can make an impact and grow your HR career, we’d love to hear from you.
