A leading food service provider in the United Kingdom is recruiting a friendly HR Administrator for 25 hours per week. The role involves managing administrative duties and supporting recruitment and compliance activities. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience with HR systems, ensuring a positive colleague experience. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth in a company that values its people.
We're recruiting an experienced HR Administrator who is friendly, adaptable and can confidently manage general administrative duties for Chartwells on a part time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week. You'll be responsible for ensuring our offices run smoothly and efficiently and will be given every opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 2.30pm.
Please note: This role is a 12-month secondment cover.
To provide proactive, confidential and professional HR administrative support across the school, ensuring compliance with Compass Group UK&I and Lodestone House standards. The HR Administrator plays a key role in creating a positive colleague experience, supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance and engagement activities that reflect our Lodestone House values and pillars.
