A well-established business in Oxford is looking for a HR Administrator to support HR tasks and ensure compliance with GDPR. The position is full-time (35 hours per week) and may lead to a permanent role. Responsibilities include updating HR systems and conducting interviews. Ideal candidates should have administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
We are delighted to be working with a well established and reputable business in Banbury who are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to work as a key member within the team, assisting with HR tasks, updating databases and ensuring all compliance is up to date and GDPR guidelines are being followed.
As the HR Administrator, you will be working a full time 35 hours a week, within a temporary contract until the end of January 2026, with the potential to go permanent within a fully office based setting.
