A leading energy services company in Newcastle is seeking an HR Administrator to join its shared services team. This full-time role will involve supporting compliance activities for a diverse workforce, utilizing SAP for data management, and offers a flexible work structure. EQUANS is looking for a HR Administrator to join our team based at our office in Quorum Business Park on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Are you an accomplished administrator, who has experience within HR? If so, we're looking for a HR Administrator to support our shared services team to approximately 11,000 employees.

As a member of our Shared Services team, you will have the ability to work flexibly from our brand-new office space at the Quorum Business Park for 2 days each week, with 3 days at home. You will be responsible for all administration relating to compliance activities for new starters and existing employees for Equans UKBU. This role will engage with employees, line managers and HR Operational leads to ensure a quality and timely service delivery.
