A healthcare facility is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to manage day-to-day HR operations on a part-time basis (20 hours/week). Responsibilities include processing new starters, managing payroll, and supporting employee relations. Candidates should have at least one year of HR experience and strong communication skills. This permanent role offers participation in the NHS Pension scheme and 33 days of annual leave including bank holidays.
The Pall Mall Surgery are looking to appoint an experienced HR Assistant on a part-time basis for 20 hours per week. The post-holder will be required to work as part alongside the Pall Mall Surgery senior management team under the direction of the practice business manager and practice operations manager in providing HR support in relation to the practice team and the Primary Care Network (PCN) team.
The HR assistant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations of the practice and PCN.
The Pall Mall surgery is in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex and serves 22,000 patients. We have 6 GP partners, 9 salaried GPs as well as a large team of clinical and non-clinical staff helping to care for our practice list. We are also part the SS9 South PCN, working in collaboration with The Highlands Surgery to provide additional services to both practice populations.
Salary: Depending on experience.
Contract: Permanent.
Working pattern: Part-time.
