A local authority in Essex is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a hybrid role. The position involves leading the rollout of a Performance Management Policy, supporting the Head of HR in managing contracts, and compiling board-level reports. Candidates should have UK Public sector experience and a strong background in project management and data analysis. The role requires on-site work 2–3 days a week with flexibility for remote work.
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support an Essex based local authority for at least 6 months.
This is a hybrid role: you will be on site 2–3 days a week in South Essex and work from home for the remainder of the week.
