CER are looking for a hardworking individual to work temporarily within a Primary school in Luton starting in June. This is an exciting opportunity to support the HR function within a dynamic organization, ensuring smooth operations and excellent employee experience. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Assist with maintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Prepare documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Support compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, delivering excellent service to employees and managers.
  • Update contracts and records.
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE
  • Previous experience in an HR or role is essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
