A recruitment firm is seeking a full-time HR Administrator to provide post-recruitment and onboarding support. This role offers £25,480–£26,480, with a performance-based bonus. Key responsibilities include managing onboarding processes, processing checks, and liaising with employees. The candidate must have relevant HR experience and strong IT skills. This hybrid position involves 4 days in the office and some remote work after probation.
We have an additional opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our HR team and provide post-recruitment, vetting and onboarding admin support.
This is a 2-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension of permanency subject to business needs. This a full-time office based role working from our East Midlands Airport office (DE74 2SA).
This role may involve minor planned travel to client meetings; therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential.
