A collaborative insurance broking group in the UK is looking for a HR Administrator to support HR operational effectiveness. Responsibilities include managing HR documents, preparing reports, and coordinating onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have HR administration experience or proficiency in administration, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Reporting into the HR Operations Specialist and working alongside the wider HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of HR operational effectiveness by administrating the employee life cycle process and key monthly deliverables such as payroll and analytics.
