A healthcare provider in Leigh-on-Sea is seeking a part-time HR Assistant to oversee HR operations and support the management team. Responsibilities include processing new starters, managing payroll activities, and responding to HR queries. Candidates should have a year of HR experience or a CIPD qualification, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. The role offers 33 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
The Pall Mall Surgery are looking to appoint an experienced HR Assistant on a part-time basis for 20 hours per week. The post-holder will be required to work as part alongside the Pall Mall Surgery senior management team under the direction of the practice business manager and practice operations manager in providing HR support in relation to the practice team and the Primary Care Network (PCN) team.
The HR assistant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations of the practice and PCN.
The Pall Mall surgery is in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex and serves 22,000 patients. We have 6 GP partners, 9 salaried GPs as well as a large team of clinical and non-clinical staff helping to care for our practice list. We are also part the SS9 South PCN, working in collaboration with The Highlands Surgery to provide additional services to both practice populations.
