About the Role

As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our head office and various depots across the UK. You will be the backbone of HR operations, ensuring that our service delivery is seamless and efficient.

  • Managing the HR inbox and directing queries to the appropriate teams.
  • Responding to emails and phone calls, providing advice on basic HR issues.
  • Processing Change of Contracts and assisting with onboarding documentation.
  • Updating our HR Management System, Cascade, alongside other essential systems.
  • Collaborating with Payroll, Training, and IT to ensure accurate updates for new starters and leavers.
  • Completing incoming references and chasing new employee references.
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Key Details

Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)

Location: Leeds

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8 AM–4 PM in the office; 9 AM–5 PM at home, hybrid model)

Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per year (£13–35 per hour)

Start Date: Monday, 10th November
