A dynamic people-focused organization in the UK is seeking an HR Administrator to support the People team. The role involves managing employee relations, coordinating new starters, and ensuring confidentiality. We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join our vibrant and dynamic People team. You will be working closely with another HR Administrator whilst reporting to the People Services Manager and will become part of a team that is committed to delivering excellent service. We are looking for someone who shares our passion and is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
As the HR Administrator, your role will involve handling a range of employee relations and change activities, which include ensuring that all contractual changes are logged and letters issued in a timely manner. Monitoring the HR inbox and incoming emails, responding or redirecting as necessary. Coordinating new starters to include issuing provisional offer letters, contracts, new starter details, carrying out right-to-work checks, collecting reference requests and ensuring that the correct paperwork is received to complete the DBS checking process.
Hours of Work: Up to 37 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, standard office hours 9am to 5pm with some flexibility. Part-time considered.
Location: Hybrid, minimum 1 day per week office-based at our Stevenage office with occasional travel to Birmingham and other offices.
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: Full-time starting salary £24,242.40 per annum dependent on experience.
