Our client are a dynamic and fast growing established freight forwarding agent based at Heathrow (UB2), who are dedicated to delivering high-quality services to their clients and currently, due to expansion have a great opportunity for a HR Administrator. The successful candidate should have previous HR admin experience. The successful candidate should have full UKRW and excellent verbal & written English communication skills. Working a full time 40 hour week office based. Must be a car driver.

Responsibilities for the HR Administrator
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary notices.
  • Help coordinate employee training sessions, performance reviews, and engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies.
General Administration tasks for the HR Administrator
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative support.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, IT).
  • Organize meetings, company events, and HR communications.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks and reporting as required.
Employment Terms for the HR Administrator
  • Mon Friday 830am-5pm 'office based'
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
