Working in the HR team the People Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department by ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This position is essential in maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, coordinating HR processes, and supporting a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, highly organised, and passionate about helping employees and supporting company culture.
Location: Elements, Ring Rd, Lower Wortley, Leeds LS12 6AB
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: up to £27,000
