Our Cheltenham-based client is seeking an HR Administrator to join their supportive and forward-thinking team.

This newly created position plays a key role in bringing HR operations in-house, shaping efficient processes across recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, and compliance. You'll be joining a business that truly values collaboration, customer care, and sustainability.

What you'll be doing
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.
  • Managing job adverts, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Handling right-to-work checks, contracts, and new starter documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate HRIS records and supporting system improvements.
  • Managing the HR inbox, resolving queries, and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
Must-haves
  • At least 2 years' experience in an HR support or administration role.
  • Strong attention to detail and confident handling sensitive data.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident using HR systems and quick to learn new platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.
Nice-to-haves
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards).
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
