A healthcare organization in the UK is seeking an efficient HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team. The role involves managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and responding to various HR-related queries. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an efficientand effective administrator with excellent organisational and interpersonalskills to support the work of our Human Resources team.
The successful candidate will make a real differenceto our staff and patients by providing a comprehensive administrative supportto the HR function. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records,supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and manage sensitiveinformation with care and confidentiality. Youll also need to balance multipletasks and priorities effectively.
As HRAdministrator, you will provide full administrative support to the HR team toensure an efficient service is provided to all departments.
Youllassist with recruitment, onboarding and employment changes, as well asresponding to internal and external queries and maintaining digital personnelfiles.
Youllalso support line managers in HR processes, including occasional notetaking atformal meetings, and therell be an opportunity to support the Head of HR andHR Officer on various HR projects.
Youllneed to have some previous administrative experience, although this does notnecessarily have to be within an HR team. Youll need excellent communicationand numeracy skills and will be highly organised, and able to manage time andprioritise your workload effectively.
Youllalso need well-developed interpersonal skills, be confident in communicatingwith colleagues at all levels, and have strong IT skills. Experience ofupdating and maintaining an HR database would be an advantage.
Inthis role youll have access to sensitive and confidential information soyoull need to be highly trustworthy and discreet. Youll also be a teamplayer, adaptable and able to work under pressure and to hard deadlines.
