What you’ll be doing
  • Update the HR system with salary changes, promotions, leavers, joiners and issues relevant paperwork.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in line with data protection requirements.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration. Complete payroll sheets.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as directed to support departmental goals.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and managing the HR inbox ensuring timely responses.
  • Update and maintain training and development databases and electronic files, including systems such as Kallidus.
  • Produce and distribute course joining instructions and evaluation forms for internal and external delegates.
  • Monitor and report on attendance and dropout figures.
  • Conduct pre-employment Right to Work in the UK checks via Experian.
  • Arrange hotel, venue and car bookings as required.
  • Process weekly timesheets and respond to HR and related queries promptly.
