The Role

This is a varied and hands‑on role where you’ll support the full employee lifecyle from recruitment and onboarding to attendance management and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Assisting with recruitment, including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters and contracts.
  • Managing onboarding and induction for new starters.
  • Supporting annual review and appraisal processes.
  • Overseeing absence management, including recording and reporting sickness and time off.
  • Conducting return‑to‑work interviews following periods of absence.
  • Taking accurate notes during absence, disciplinary, and grievance meetings.
  • Carrying out and maintaining BPSS and Right to Work checks.
  • Managing holiday bookings, attendance tracking, and time management records.
  • Providing general HR administrative support, maintaining employee records, and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Assisting with general business administration and ad‑hoc tasks as required.
