An educational organization is seeking an enthusiastic HR Administration Assistant to support the HR Central Team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proactive approach, assisting in diverse administrative tasks, including managing emails and recruitment procedures. This role requires a minimum of 30 hours per week availability, with a commitment to inclusivity and providing support to team members.
Location: Wakefield Road, Horbury, WF4 5HE
Salary: Scale 3 £25,583 – £25,989 per annum (actual salary)
Contract: Temporary until 31 August 2026
Hours: 37 hours per week (Full‑time, with part‑time and term‑time options available)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Administration Assistant to support the HR Central Team. The role involves a wide range of administrative duties, including safer‑recruitment work and serving as the first point of contact for HR colleagues. You will manage the busy HR email inbox and telephone enquiries, draft and handle letters, contracts, communications and minutes, and provide general back‑office support to the team.
