A family-run organization in Broadstairs is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee their HR function, manage employee relations, and lead a small HR team. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, supervising recruitment and onboarding activities, and managing the office and facilities functions.   • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
