Overview

Expectations: We are looking for an HR & Admin Assistant with exceptional organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and detail-oriented and maintains structured workflows. This role involves significant responsibility in managing administration procedures for Vendors and our own employees on Short-Term or Long-Term Assignments (STAs), ensuring a smooth and compliant journey for international projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide support for invitation letters, including signing and record tracking for short-term assignees and business travelers.
  2. Manage housing and car rental arrangements for short-term assignees, maintaining close communication and coordination with project teams and the employees to ensure proper planning and allocation.
  3. Communicate with current housing and car rental vendors, handle vendor management and invoice processing, and identify new housing suppliers when necessary.
  4. Assist and support short-term assignees with business insurance registration, and potentially provide further support on payroll and National Insurance (NI) matters depending on specific circumstances.
  5. Support visa application processes when required, working closely with both China and UK teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely information sharing.
Qualifications
  1. Currently enrolled bachelor’s students from all disciplines are welcome to apply, with a preference for those majoring in Human Resources, Administration, or Management.
  2. Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
  3. Previous experience in administration coordination or related fields is highly preferred.
  4. Ability to work independently and with high self-motivation.
  5. Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Contract Details

This position is preferred on a 6-month contract basis, with the possibility for further opportunities based on performance and organizational needs.
