HR Services Administrator

At our organisation, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset. As an HR Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within a supportive HR team of 6. You’ll be the go‑to person for all HR related inquiries, making a positive impact on the employee experience from day one.

🌟Salary: £25,000

🌟 Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

🌟 12 Month, Fixed Term Contract

🌟 Hybrid working (3 office days, 2 remote days) after initial training

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage HR processes, including starters, leavers, and employee benefits administration.
  • Respond to routine HR inquiries and provide guidance on contractual queries and employee lifecycle transactions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across various HRIS platforms.
  • Validate right‑to‑work documentation in line with Home Office guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with HR procedures and data integrity to support accurate reporting.
  • Write and maintain process documentation to meet compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate on projects, liaising with stakeholders and assessing impacts.
