Job summary

A recruitment agency seeks an HR Administrator in Belfast to provide comprehensive support to the HR department. Key responsibilities include managing HR queries, driving the recruitment process, ensuring effective onboarding for new staff, and administering employee benefits. Candidates should have at least one year of HR experience, GCSEs in English and Maths, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A CIPD qualification is desirable.   • Support employee relations handling disciplinary processes.
  • Deliver insightful HR reports and maintain HR systems.
  • Provide proactive HR administration and manage communications.

Summary

What do you need?

  • Administer employee benefits, including healthcare and pensions, offering clear guidance and support.
  • Oversee absence management, coordinating medical appointments, processing leave, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support employee relations, handling disciplinary, grievance, and appeal processes in line with best practice.
  • Deliver insightful HR reports and maintain up-to-date HR systems to support organisational decisions.
  • Provide proactive HR administration, assisting the team, managing communications, and coordinating employee engagement initiatives.
