Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, absence and disciplinary processes
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition to enable growth
• Maintain HR policies and governance aligned with employment law
• Partner with leaders to drive engagement, delivery, and retention
• Lead people-focused projects such as organisational change and culture initiatives
• Analyse HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making
• Maintain accurate HR records and confidentiality of data

You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, balancing operational excellence with strategic thinking while driving a positive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Human Resources Manage the full employee life cycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Support organisational growth through effective workforce planning and talent acquisition activity.
• Maintain and enhance HR policies, procedures and frameworks, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and best practice.
• Partner with business leaders to drive engagement, performance and retention initiatives.
• Lead and support people-focused projects, including organisational change, process improvements and culture initiatives.
• Produce and analyse HR metrics to provide meaningful insights and support business decision-making.
• Manage HR systems, employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Compliance & Governance

• Own and maintain key compliance processes, policies and governance frameworks.
• Ensure the business remains compliant with employment legislation and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Manage compliance audits, risk assessments and reporting activities.
