Responsibilities

• Drive the adherence to HSE policies across the department.
• Lead the development of DCM Setters using current tools.
• Ensure all business communications are delivered to the team.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes.
• Lead run-up activities post die change to identify improvements.
• Instigate and lead cross-functional improvement projects.
• Coordinate with all departments for issue identification.
• Capture and report data for DCM Setting activities.
• Maintain process documentation to a certifiable level.
• Guide others in effective communication and leadership.
