Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an HPC & AI Application Performance Engineer to join our UK team. You will analyse and optimise HPC and AI applications, working with customers, partners, and R&D to unlock higher performance and scalability.

The role combines on-site customer work in the UK with remote collaboration across EMEA and LATAM. You will deliver workshops, contribute to tool development, and shape best practices for performance benchmarking and optimisation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Tech/Engineering/Math or related field.
  • UK citizenship with ability to obtain security clearances for UK environments.
  • Strong HPC/AI architectures, performance analysis, and debugging skills.
  • Experience with C/C++/Fortran and Python; GPU programming knowledge.
  • Familiarity with MPI and OpenMP; proficiency with profiling tools.
  • Excellent written/spoken English and teamwork.

  • Provide advanced technical expertise to HPC/AI environments across EMEA/LATAM.
  • Analyse applications/workloads to improve performance and scalability.

in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.* UK citizenship with the ability to obtain required security clearances for specific UK customer environments.* Strong understanding of HPC and AI architectures, software environments, and performance analysis techniques.* Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and working collaboratively with engineering
