A community support organization in Bristol is seeking a Supported Housing Team Leader to lead a team delivering high-quality support services to residents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong understanding of supported housing, and a passion for helping individuals develop skills for independent living. DHI is seeking a Team Leader to join our dynamic Supported Housing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team delivering a high-quality support service to residents living in our abstinence based supported housing projects
As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standards of support. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead by example, and work closely with the Senior Supported Housing Manager to develop services that are inclusive, empowering, and effective.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, good knowledge and understanding of supported housing, leadership and management skills and be passionate about supporting individuals to gain the skills needed to live independently in the community.
Home Turf Lettings is our affordable housing department providing housing to families, couples and single people who have experienced homelessness. We are seeking a team leader for our home turf lettings service. As the team leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our affordable housing service to over 100 homes across B&NES, Bristol, and Gloucestershire, managing strategic partnerships with Local Authorities and our landlords and other stakeholders.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to lead and manage a small team, have a good understanding of the renter’s reform act and most of all be passionate about providing excellent services to our residents.
A driving licence with access to a vehicle and the willingness to use it for work travel is essential for both of the above roles.We are an award-winning charity that challenges social exclusion by supporting people to achieve their potential and our values underpin this.
