A health support organization in England is seeking a Housing Support Worker to assist clients with drug and alcohol issues at risk of losing their tenancies. The Housing Support Grant (HSG) is a project supporting clients with drug and alcohol issues who are also at risk of losing their tenancy. Eligible clients must be in temporary, supported, emergency or private rented accommodation. The role involves working with community teams, external agencies and in-house services to support clients to remain housed and prevent homelessness.
