A supportive housing organization in the United Kingdom seeks a Housing Support Worker/Case Worker to provide high-quality support for vulnerable adults in dispersed accommodation. You will assist residents facing challenges such as homelessness and mental health issues by delivering person-centered case management and support planning. SALARY: £26,731 per annum + Benefits (3% Pension Contribution, 25 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays)
LOCATION: Birkenhead, Wirral, North West England
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 35 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday, (with occasional requests to support evenings or weekends)

The role focuses on assessment, support planning, risk management and multi-agency working, ensuring safeguarding remains central to all actions while maintaining safe, well-managed accommodation.
