Overview

Join Our Team as a Housing Support Worker! This role involves working with vulnerable adults who may be experiencing homelessness and isolation. You will be self-motivated, solution oriented and forward thinking, with safeguarding awareness to help make a real difference to people’s lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide housing advice and support in 1-1 and group settings.
  • Support individuals to gain independence and improve housing stability.
  • Respond to distressed situations with empathy while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Uphold safeguarding practices and promote wellbeing and safety for those you support.
