BDS Recruitment are currently looking for Housing Support Workers to work within Penryn.

We are looking for someone to work as a Support Worker, you will empower individuals with diverse needs to live independently, safely and as part of their communities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive, person-centred assistance to individuals with complex needs, helping them achieve positive outcomes and independence.
  • Build open and trusting relationships with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies to ensure seamless and comprehensive support.
  • Encourage individuals to engage in social, educational and employment opportunities, preventing isolation and promoting self-determination.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and maintain professional boundaries, ensuring health, safety and compliance with safeguarding policies.

Hours per week: 22.2 hours on a Rota pattern. Monday - Sunday - 8am to 9pm

Contract; Temp ongoing role.

Pay rate: £14.82ph paye or £19.22 umbrella

Please note you will require your own transport for this role and any mileage will be paid at 45p per mile.
