Creative Support is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our Fleetwood service supporting residents with complex needs.

You will provide person-centred support to help people sustain tenancies, improve wellbeing, and develop independent living skills in a recovery-focused environment across 21 self-contained flats, with flexible full- or part-time hours.

Are you a compassionate, motivated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We are looking to welcome caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to our friendly team in Fleetwood, Lancashire. Our supported housing service consists of 21 self-contained apartments across three sites, providing a safe, welcoming environments for people with complex needs and housing-related support needs.

Our main site at Warrenhurst Court also includes a dedicated crisis unit, offering short-term accommodation and support for individuals in urgent need.

As a Support Worker, you will provide individualised, person-centred support to people with a range of complex needs, including mental health challenges, substance misuse, offending histories, and experiences of homelessness.

Working in a recovery-focused way, you will support residents to achieve positive outcomes by following personalized support plans and risk management plans, empowering them to develop the skills, confidence and resilience needed to live independently.

You will work closely with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver coordinated support, helping people to overcome barriers, sustain tenancies, live fulfilling lives.

Full-time and part-time hours available. To be worked flexibly according to the needs of the service, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
