A local charity in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Housing Support Coach to provide support and advice to young people facing homelessness. The role involves managing day-to-day operations of a supported accommodation scheme, assisting customers with various needs, and ensuring safety and security. Candidates should have strong communication skills, an understanding of homelessness issues, and a GCSE Level education. This position offers a salary of £23,848 per year and requires a full UK driving license.

You’ll provide support and advice to young people who have experienced homelessness and other forms of social exclusion. You’ll work with the team to manage the day‑to‑day running of the young people 24/7 supported accommodation scheme and be the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
