This is a fantastic opportunity to work across four key service areas; Housing Advice and Options, Housing Allocations, Single Homelessness, and Accommodation Services, on a block rotation, supporting the delivery of vital services. Responsibilities
  • Providing efficient and confidential administrative support across Housing Solutions
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing invoices and payments in line with council guidelines
  • Coordinating multi-agency meetings and capturing notes/actions
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Supporting assessments and reviews by managing documentation
  • Using Microsoft Office and other systems to help deliver services effectively
