As a Housing Scheme Officer at Hyde, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and engagement within our community. Youll play a key role in customer care, compliance, and scheme management, helping residents thrive in a secure and supportive environment.

Key Duties
  • Undertake regular customer wellbeing calls and visits, making referrals for care needs assessments and safeguarding as required.
  • Act as the point of contact for customers regarding communal services, including cleaning, grounds maintenance, building decorations, repairs, and ASB.
  • Lead on customer engagement, social events, and wellbeing activities to enhance community life.
  • Carry out Health & Safety and Fire Safety compliance tests and inspections.
  • Take a lead role in the financial management of the scheme.
