A local government authority is seeking a Housing Compliance Team Leader to manage statutory building safety across their housing portfolio. This role focuses on statutory building safety compliance across housing assets, so you will play a pivotal role in protecting residents and delivering high-quality housing services.
Reporting to the Head of Housing Assets, you will lead our Housing Compliance Team in managing statutory building safety across our housing portfolio. This includes oversight of:
You will also be responsible for managing additional systems such as access control, CCTV, emergency power, and disability aids ensuring all installations are safe, certified, and fit for purpose.
In order to thrive in this role you will already have proven experience in housing compliance or building services and have:
Experience with housing compliance systems like True Compliance is a plus.
