Job summary

Stroud District Council is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our Property Care Team. You will carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair work across our housing stock, including damp and mould treatments, tiling, glazing, joinery, painting and grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repair work across housing stock.
• Damp and mould treatment knowledge is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities
