Starting salary for this role is £53,460 (pro rata for part-time colleagues). This role sits within a well defined pay band, offering clear progression as you grow your career at BCP. Working collaboratively with people who use housing support services, supported housing providers, developers, strategic partners, and colleagues across the Council, you will help create housing solutions that enable individuals to live independently and thrive.
By championing accessible, adaptable, and person-centred accommodation, you will play a key role in building stronger communities, increasing access to settled housing, and ensuring people have safe, secure, and sustainable homes. This is an exciting opportunity to influence system-wide change and deliver meaningful outcomes for residents.
