As Housing Policy, Performance and Complaints Officer the postholder will assist in the work oftypeof the Housing Services team, including leading on the research and development of new strategies, policies and procedures. They will collect robust and accurate data to enable the Housing Services section to effectively monitor performance in all areas across the department. Whilst also administering the complaint handling function for the Housing department.
