A leading housing service provider in Redditch seeks a Housing and Partnership Manager to provide high-quality housing services. Within the role of Housing and Partnership Manager you will provide high quality housing services and lead on all aspects of managing the scheme, enabling residents to live well with dignity and autonomy. You will lead and manage all aspects of property management and housing services within the Extra Care scheme, ensuring safe, well‑maintained properties that support residents' independence and comply with the housing consumer standards. The role also involves building effective relationships with third-party care providers to ensure care services align with resident needs and organisational standards. Curious to know more?
