Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of health and safety and RoSH regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing teams with a focus on employee development.
  • Strong organisational skills including budget management.
  • Knowledge of tenancy management and housing systems.
  • Experience in implementing organisational changes.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions.
  • Good level of digital skills, particularly with Microsoft Products.
  • Willing to work towards Level 4 CIH qualification.

You will lead and manage all aspects of property management and housing services within the Extra Care scheme, ensuring safe, well‑maintained properties that support residents' independence and comply with the housing consumer standards.   • Willing to work towards Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship / CIH Level 4 (if not held)
