The department regularly represents clients at all court levels, including the appellate courts, and has extensive experience handling housing-related judicial review matters in the High Court.

As a Housing Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting clients across a broad range of housing matters, including both Legal Aid Agency funded and private client cases. You will assist with homelessness applications, disrepair claims, unlawful eviction matters, possession proceedings, tenancy disputes and housing-related judicial review cases, helping to deliver high-quality legal services to vulnerable individuals and families.
