Housing Officer - Slough (Rolling 3-Month Contract)

Rate: 24- 26 per hour (Umbrella)

We're seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join a busy Housing Association, managing a patch across Slough. You'll be responsible for tenancy management, estate inspections, ASB cases, and providing high-quality support to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a defined patch, ensuring tenancies are sustained and issues resolved promptly
  • Handle ASB reports, rent-related queries, and tenancy breaches
  • Carry out estate inspections and ensure health & safety standards
  • Work closely with residents, support services, and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Housing Officer (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and housing procedures

Contract: Rolling 3-month assignment, immediate start.
