Overview

Housing Officer (South) – Location/Base: Patch Kettering, Northamptonshire. This role is community based so out on site, and desk based with a combination of working from emh offices, community hubs and home.


Hours: 35 hours per week


Salary: £31,082- £34,535 per annum (RFJ 6)

We are seeking to recruit someone local to the Kettering area preferably.

As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive housing management service which includes building partnerships to resolve anti-social behaviour & estate management service, making a positive contribution to our communities. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 600 properties working closely with tenants to address their concerns and provide support when needed.



The person

Previous experience in housing management or a related field is preferred. Managing and working with partners to resolve anti-social behaviour concerns.


Do you have experience of working in a customer facing role with strong customer care skills demonstrating high levels of customer ownership and accountability?


Do you have excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and decision-making skills?


Are you organised and do you have a flexible approach, with a track record of achieving excellent results? If so, we would love to hear from you.
