Job description

We are expanding our team in London to provide a proactive and visible service to our residents. We have a new full time, permanent opportunity available for a Housing & Neighbourhood Officer to cover our Tower Hamlets patch.

As a Housing & Neighbourhood Officer, you will provide a friendly housing management service to your residents. Reporting to the Customer Liaison Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team across London.

This is a field-based role, and you will be required to travel around your patch, Tower Hamlets. On occasion you may be required to cover neighbouring patches therefore we ask that all applicants live within London.

You will be the face of Guinness, and your key responsibility is to provide an accessible face-to-face service to both homeowner and rental residents. You will work in a mobile way, out in the area meeting residents. You will work closely with Estate Services and other Guinness teams to get things done quickly and efficiently to achieve positive outcomes for both Guinness and our residents.

We are a customer-focussed organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be an experienced housing professional, but you will also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.

Please note - Interviews for this role will take place in person at our London office in Euston Road on the 21/11/2025.

There is a requirement for a basic DBS check which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.
