Darlington Borough Council are seeking to recruit a Housing Management Officer to work within the Housing Tenancy Management Team. This is a 12 month post to cover maternity leave.

Applicants will need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic, have excellent organisational skills and will need to be able to communicate well, be a team player, and confidently deal with members of the public.

The role of a Housing Management Officer is to to carry out housing management duties in a specific area of the town, in close liaison and partnership with tenants, residents, members, other sections and departments and voluntary and statutory organisations to promote and develop inclusive and sustainable areas.
