Responsibilities

• Manage a range of construction projects and oversee the performance of trade colleagues and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, building regulations, and best practices.
• Plan and schedule works, manage resources, and monitor progress using ICT systems and KPIs.
