Responsibilities
  • Inspect properties annually, every six months, and whenever occupiers change.
  • Oversee routine and emergency maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with acquisitions team to support onboarding of new properties and implement best practices.
