Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Housing Litigation Lawyer for a well-established housing association. The role offers hybrid working from Newcastle or Leeds, with two days in the office and full-time hours preferred.

This permanent position provides solid benefits and clear career progression. You will advise on housing management litigation nationwide, including anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, and prepare court proceedings and related documentation.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with practising certificate (open to NQ/junior).
• Working knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.
• Experience in housing law and housing litigation, incl. anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
• Experience in general civil litigation: rent arrears and property disputes.
• Advocacy experience in County Court.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on housing litigation matters for nationwide teams.
• Prepare court proceedings and documentation for litigious issues.
• Assist in anti-social behaviour and tenancy breach cases.
• Represent or support in County Court hearings.
• Collaborate within the in-house Legal team.
